Yes. All our buildings are certified for up to 115 mph wind and up to 90lbs psf snow load, depending on your location.
That means your building will meet local code requirements for heavy snow regions such as northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula.

We cover the entire state of Wisconsin, including Madison, Green Bay, Wausau, Eau Claire, and surrounding rural areas — with crews ready for on-site installation.
Delivery and installation are always free anywhere in Wisconsin and Michigan.

We provide full engineered drawings at no extra cost to help you obtain your permit.
While customers are responsible for applying for permits through their local county or township, our team will supply any documents the building department requests.

We use 28-gauge panels, 4:12 roof pitch, and engineered trusses spaced for high snow-load performance.
Our frames are available in 12- or 14-gauge tubing, giving you long-term strength that outlasts traditional wood structures.

Both options are available.

• Vertical panels allow better water and snow runoff and are recommended for Wisconsin climates.
   
• Horizontal panels are a more economical choice for light-duty applications.

We currently do not provide concrete work directly but can refer trusted local contractors in Wisconsin who specialize in garage slabs and barn foundations.
If you already have concrete, installation can begin as soon as it’s cured.

Once your order and deposit are processed, installation can typically occur in 2–4 weeks, depending on weather and your site’s readiness.
If your concrete isn’t ready yet, you can simply call us when it is — and we’ll place you back on the schedule at no extra cost.

Most residential buildings are completed in 1–3 days, while large commercial structures may take slightly longer depending on size and site conditions.

Your site should be level and clear of debris, stumps, and major slopes.
For concrete foundations, the manufacturer provides the anchors, so there’s no need to install anchor bolts or curbs yourself.

Yes. To begin processing, we require an initial deposit (typically 16 %), which secures your price, materials, and position on the installation schedule.

Steel buildings require very little maintenance. We recommend:

• Washing exterior panels once a year to prevent buildup
   
• Checking sealant and fasteners every few years
   
• Ensuring drainage areas remain clear during winter
